Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with the team to generate candidate solutions, weighing tradeoffs, and implementing the selected answer. You will also be responsible for assisting, developing, and maintaining arenaflex's present set of engine-specific and custom tools that we use every day. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our improvement technique across disciplines Maintain, extend, and aid present development tools Build and guide custom asset pipelines Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures Collaborate with the team to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected solution Assist in the adoption of the solution by the team Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. You should have experience with the overall device lifecycle, including coming across issues, comparing potential answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness. Additionally, you should enjoy working with custom standalone tools and be capable of growing gear that can be utilized by many game development disciplines.
