As a key member of our digital marketing and analytics team, you'll be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavior data to inform our business decisions. You'll also be responsible for creating and maintaining content for our business drives, as well as tracking campaign performance and making recommendations for improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavior data to inform business decisions * Alter existing content in the Content Management System (CMS) to support business drives * Maintain the execution of an income attribution model and connect multiple data sources to create a clear line between digital marketing efforts and revenue * Oversee content in the CMS for country locations and supported languages to ensure global consistency * Create and present learnings from your investigations, including key insights and recommendations * Assist in the development of strategies to monitor and improve model and creation framework performance/reliability * Help identify opportunities to move from predictive to prescriptive analysis to more quickly turn data into results that support data-driven decisions * Influence analysis and visualization tools to plan and present data to drive fact-based decision making * Review reports for data accuracy and integrity to meet business standards * Create reports and present complex data sets and related answers to support business objectives **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field * Experience with scientific and reporting tools, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and PowerBI * Knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and automated channels * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and presentation skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in marketing or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or D3.js * Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R * Experience with machine learning algorithms and models * Certification in digital marketing or analytics **Skills and Competencies** * Recognizes current and future needs of the customer or business; understands how business needs direct the project's requirements, project scope, business objectives, and resource allocation; makes suggestions, based on data, on the project's timeline * Shows a comprehension of basic project planning processes, including planning tasks and resources * Exhibits some advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, inspecting, and testing; shows the ability to identify anomalies in data sets; investigates existing statistical models; exhibits fundamental knowledge of time series analysis * Identifies and records changes that should be made to established processes * Proposes enhancements to processes and applications and executes the agreed-upon changes intended to improve processes and applications * Recognizes the fundamental impact of technology on UPS business, services, and processes; identifies technological barriers in achieving desired objectives **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
