**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team of data experts, BI engineers, and framework leaders. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise in data engineering, business intelligence, and data visualization will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Directs the delivery of arenaflex's healthcare data and insights-driven initiatives and projects
* Maintains long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet arenaflex's healthcare reporting and analytics requirements
* Designs, develops, and deploys layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects
* Develops data modeling and pre-processing principles for populating sensible and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both enterprise business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements
* Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to incorporate large datasets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external records
* Performs data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records)
* Creates internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.)
**Essential Capabilities**
* Hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts
* Experience designing and delivering intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Snowflake, Databricks, or Sky blue Data Pipeline
* Experience providing technical leadership and presenting device rationalist semantic data layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners
* At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace
* At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Certified Data Management Certified Investigation Professional (CAP)
* Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts
