You'll work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our data centers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure the highest level of reliability and efficiency. This is a part-time remote position, requiring 8 hours of work per week, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.Key Responsibilities * Act as a subject matter expert for power and cooling system management, providing guidance and support to the team * Develop and implement functional techniques for staff and vendor maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency * Schedule, track, and provide oversight for vendor maintenance, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to operations * Establish and maintain server farm best practices and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and arenaflex policies * Identify training needs and provide instruction to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively * Cover open shifts in the event that a team member is unable to fulfill their responsibilities * Recognize server farm reliability patterns and risks, providing proactive solutions to mitigate potential issues * Support issue management to resolve equipment, functional, and application issues related to power and cooling systems * Contribute to server farm limit management, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency * Participate in development exercises, ensuring architectural and functional requirements are met Prerequisites * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science * 2 years of complete work experience in conditions involving electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and bolthires systems * In-depth knowledge of cutting-edge design and technical approaches in plan, build, test, and troubleshoot issues as expected by industry * Ability to maintain technical knowledge within subject matters * Commitment to staying current with new and advancing technologies through proper training and self-education Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) arenaflex will provide reasonable accommodations with the application process upon your request as required by law.About arenaflex and its Benefits arenaflex Corporation: * Overview: arenaflex is a large retail corporation based in the United States, founded in 1902.
