Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology Product Analysis team. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology teams. You will also lead and coach a team that will collaborate with the Digital Operations Center (DOC) on operational metrics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology teams Lead and coach a team that will collaborate with the Digital Operations Center (DOC) on operational metrics Interpret data from various sources, analyze patterns and trends, and translate it into meaningful information to improve Operational Greatness (OG) Identify application enhancements and establish metrics for measurement Focus areas will include: Data Visualizations Application performance analysis Error patterns, top factors contributing to errors Identify, plan, and implement internal process improvements: recommendations for performance and greater scalability Modeling and coding of data Requirements Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a background in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research) preferred 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, or a related analytical role 1+ year (3+ years preferred) as a Director and at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 organization Experience building presentations for associates and leaders at a MD and VP level and interface with all levels of management Proven Team Lead, ability to communicate a vision, move the team towards that vision, and provide support to achieve it Expert-level BI dashboarding experience (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.) to create significant, rich dashboards Advanced Excel skills Experience analyzing online business platforms for Web, Mobile Application, Loyalty, Demonstrated expertise in handling large datasets and social databases (SQL and Non-SQL) Ability to study/understand business needs, design data/technology metrics that link business processes with measurable stage results, Understand key metric/Goal Settings from groups to large associations Advanced SQL skills Strong problem-solving skills, using data to solve problems Willingness to tackle complex datasets Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage several synchronous projects with a focus on results Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any business without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree in a scientific field preferred Certifications including Google Data Analysis Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Project Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Client Side performance metrics tools (e.g., Quantum Metrics) Experience with DataDog/AppD/Kibana Experience with Enterprise Monitoring Systems Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quicksight, Athena Experience with BigQuery, Quantum Metrics, Akamai Experience with text analysis and AI Data Engineering experience Familiarity with Python, Flash, R Continuous integration and delivery using Agile techniques What We Offer At Blithequark, we're committed to providing a competitive benefits package that supports your well-being and success.
