Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth Create interactive and dynamic visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data and Analytics Leads, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data products to support business decision-making Work with large datasets and develop insights using SQL, Alteryx, Google Analytics, and other data tools Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data visualization and analytics Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure business performance and drive strategy Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics and visualization Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js Experience working with large datasets and developing insights using SQL, Alteryx, and Google Analytics Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a digital services or consulting environment Familiarity with data storytelling and presentation techniques Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics Certification in data analytics or visualization (e.g., Certified Data Analyst or Certified Visualization Specialist) Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
