As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our workflow tooling, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver value to our customers. **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and creative problem-solving skills. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing critical workflow tooling at scale, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop high-quality workflow tooling, leveraging data visualization, statistics, and analytics to drive business insights and decision-making * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and drive business outcomes * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support business stakeholders * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and develop recommendations to drive business growth * Work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Iterate and refine workflow tooling based on feedback from stakeholders and business outcomes **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst * Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) * Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Advanced Tableau developer skills * Proficient in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation * Experience working with large data sets and developing data-driven solutions **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development * Experience in software development, including data pipeline construction, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport * Product ownership experience, including being responsible for key outcomes for a project and driving efforts to generate concrete results through analytics * Project management experience, including planning and driving efforts across associate groups to achieve a unified goal **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders * Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability * Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business outcomes and deliver value to customers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
