About the Job We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Innovation Planning and Analysis team within Business Tasks. In this role, you'll work with our team to design and develop data-driven solutions that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. You'll be responsible for: • **Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets**: You'll work with our team to analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns that inform business decisions. • **Developing and implementing data-driven solutions**: You'll design and develop data-driven solutions that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. • **Collaborating with cross-functional teams**: You'll work with our team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. • **Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders**: You'll work with our team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. Required Capabilities and Abilities • **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field**: You'll have a strong foundation in computer science, data science, or a related field, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation. • **Experience working with data and data management software**: You'll have experience working with data and data management software, including R, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. • **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**: You'll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets. • **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**: You'll have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. • **Experience working with cloud-based applications**: You'll have experience working with cloud-based applications, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. • **Experience working with data visualization tools**: You'll have experience working with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI.
