Our customer listening team is at the forefront of this effort, collecting and analyzing feedback from over 5 million surveys annually across consumer, business, and service provider segments. **The Opportunity** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology. This involves working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the agile technology team to design, develop, and implement a robust and scalable data architecture.
