Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our Clinical Research and Development team.You'll be responsible for designing and executing advanced statistical analyses to extract insights from large datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions, and developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Key Responsibilities * Design and execute advanced statistical analyses to extract insights from large datasets, including data mining, machine learning, and predictive modeling * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, biopharmaceutical, and regulatory affairs, to drive business decisions and develop innovative solutions * Develop and maintain complex data models, including data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development * Ensure high-quality, accurate, and interpretable results from data analysis and research studies * Conduct literature reviews and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and clinical research * Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including data vendors and research institutions * Participate in the development of research studies, including study design, protocol development, and data collection * Collaborate with the Clinical Research and Development team to develop and implement new research studies and projects Essential Capabilities * Master's or Ph.D.degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization * Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL * Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive modeling * Familiarity with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex results to non-technical stakeholders * Experience working with large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Favored Capabilities * Ph.D.degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field * Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare information technology (HIT) * Familiarity with clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode) * Experience with Great Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence (RWE) studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR) * Experience working with alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions * Experience with exploratory design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics * Familiarity with machine learning and AI techniques, with the ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment * Collaborative and supportive work culture * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance If you're a motivated and talented data analyst with a passion for healthcare and clinical research, we want to hear from you!Please apply including your resume and a cover letter, to.
