As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team, working remotely as a virtual assistant to help us drive business success across our streaming portfolio. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven solutions to drive growth and improvement. You'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection. You'll also collaborate with our occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing teams to guarantee the accuracy of our subscriber data and ensure that clients receive discounts when required. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage data and document requirements related to subscriber informing drives, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection, and episode remediation to ensure that the right clients receive discounts when required. * Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers of subscribers for informing and remediation. * Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners. * Develop a solid understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information. * Manage project planning and timelines and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events. * Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks. * Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline * 2+ years of analytical experience * Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences * Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages * Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills **Good to Have** * Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) * Postgraduate education * Knowledge of Wind current **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $20-30/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that's pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Flexible remote work arrangement * Comprehensive benefits package **How to Apply** If you're a highly skilled data analyst with a passion for driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
