You'll work with our Transportation Examination group to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business strategies and drive growth. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive hourly rate, flexible work hours, and a dynamic work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Develop and maintain ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources and create a single, unified view * Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Logistics, to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness * Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of business decisions * Influence business decisions by providing data-driven insights and recommendations * Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate reporting and data analysis tasks * Archive and document processes and insights to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field * Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools, such as Knime or Alteryx * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders * Experience working with large, complex datasets and developing data visualizations to communicate insights **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field * Experience working with Python or other programming languages * Experience with data science tools, such as R or Scene Prep * Experience working in a retail or logistics environment * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders * Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools, such as Knime or Alteryx * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
