This is a career-defining opportunity to make a significant impact and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of arenaflex. **Job Summary** We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to work with our Item Success, Record Management, and Providers to ensure the successful delivery of research projects, meeting ISO and global data handling standards. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for performing daily data handling tasks and independently managing small to medium-scale projects, providing high-quality contributions to research analysis. If you have a proven track record of providing insightful, data-driven support using quantitative data, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with Item Success, Record Management, and Providers to ensure the successful delivery of research projects, meeting ISO and global data handling standards. * Lead execution on daily requests for data analysis and control of primary and secondary data to support Provider and internal requests. * Assess requests for data services and understand the requirements of research projects. * Prepare, plan, execute, and communicate effectively to ensure expectations are met and delivered on time. * Check data sources for intelligent consistency, reformatting, and updating data sources for downstream analysis. * Manipulate data to the right format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and handling as necessary). * Be a proactive team member who provides counsel or suggestions for improvements and automation, where necessary, to improve overall efficiency and delivery. * Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned. * Create and share best practices with colleagues, across departments, to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our product offerings and processes. **What You'll Bring** * A positive mindset with a can-do, solution-focused attitude, capable of working within tight deadlines. * You're a skilled and agile professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment within our large arenaflex global organization. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining positive working relationships and open communication with all colleagues, across departments. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SPSS, and data visualization software. **About arenaflex** At arenaflex, we empower the connection between brands and customers at an unprecedented scale.
