As a data analyst, you'll be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets, developing predictive models, and communicating your findings to stakeholders. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and inform strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, R, Python, and other relevant tools to extract insights from large data sets * Develop and maintain complex data models, including predictive models and statistical analysis * Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and inform strategic decision-making * Own projects from start to finish, including issue definition, data collection, analysis, and presentation of results * Address uncertain or new issues by leveraging the skills of existing frameworks and collaborating with the team to transform broad issues into actionable work * Supervise the integration of cross-functional/hierarchical project timelines, drive enhancements and recommendations, and define functional objectives and targets * Provide guidance and achieve results through driving/influencing the commitments of others **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * 3+ years of experience as a senior product analyst manager in a related field * 3+ years of experience using data analysis to tackle product or business issues, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) * Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into clear and actionable recommendations * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate uncertain or new issues * Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * 5+ years of experience as a senior product analyst manager in a related field * Experience working with large data sets, including data warehousing and data mining * Strong understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive and influence the commitments of others **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and empowering.
