As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and using this information to make recommendations for process improvements. You will work closely with our Quality Control team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these issues. **Responsibilities** The responsibilities of the Quality Control Standards Data Analyst may include, but are not limited to: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Helping with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Presenting insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, laying out the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data analysis, statistics, or computer science. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications** * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field. * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx. * Familiarity with data management systems and databases. * Experience with statistical analysis and modeling. * Strong understanding of business operations and processes. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $28/hour. * Opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. * Comprehensive training and development programs. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement. * Free, unlimited space available travel benefits for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on international travel). **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
