As a Performance Analyst, you will be part of a vibrant community that values collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth. **Job Responsibilities** As a Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business results and defining industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Performance Analytics and Forecasting**: Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions. Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish. * **Measurement and Analytics**: Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports. Monitor data quality and accuracy, and collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results. * **Data Storytelling**: Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data.
