**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Performance Analytics and Business Insights**

As a Performance Analyst, you'll be part of a vibrant community of data enthusiasts who are passionate about using data to tell compelling stories and drive business results. **Job Responsibilities** As a Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support to Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Performance Analytics and Forecasting**: Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business decisions. Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish. * **Measurement and Analytics**: Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports. Monitor data quality and accuracy, and collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results. * **Data Storytelling**: Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data. Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners. * **Process Execution**: Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs. Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong background in data analysis and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have: * **Bachelor's degree** and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role. * **Familiarity with forecasting**, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques. * **Proactive interest** in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc. * **Strong attention to detail** and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time. * **Effective communication skills** (verbal, written, and visual). * **Desire to excel** in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment. * **Experience with SQL** and R or Python. **Nice-to-Haves** * **Solid knowledge of statistical inference** and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses. * **Knowledge of data visualization best practices** and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI. * **Excellent SQL skills** and fluency in R or Python. * **Ability to quickly adapt** and learn new tools and skills. * **Ability to maintain and develop relationships** with partners/clients/team members. * **Graduate degree** and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science. **Why Join arenaflex?** As a Performance Analyst at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
