You'll work alongside our team of expert data scientists, analysts, and researchers to build models that support various functions across the airline, including Revenue Management, Freight, Customer Experience, and Tech Operations. **Key Responsibilities** As an Information Science Undergraduate Intern, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in airline data * Developing and implementing data models to predict customer behavior and inform business decisions * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business operations * Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including Operations Research and Business leaders * Working independently, with minimal supervision, to drive projects and deliver results **What You'll Need to Succeed** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A 3.0 GPA or higher and completion of at least 2 years in a school program * A degree emphasis in Information Science, Data Analysis/Operations Research, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field * Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages * Strong logical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals, thinking, and styles * Commitment to prioritizing health and safety, both personally and for others * Interest in tackling complex problems and contributing to the development of innovative solutions **What Will Give You an Edge** While the above qualifications are essential, we're looking for candidates who can bring additional skills and experiences to the table.
