Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to support our healthcare business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will enable you to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


Design and develop data models, algorithms, and statistical models to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Develop and implement predictive models to forecast business outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge.
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


2+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models.
Strong understanding of data governance policies and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
