Our diverse team is motivated to solve the hardest problems in the automotive industry, and we're looking for a well-rounded Data Analyst to join our Customer Success Analytics team. **About the Role** As a Data Analyst on our Customer Success Analytics team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Engagement Managers, answering analytics questions, and improving our code base. You'll work closely with our team to provide technical skills and support, analyze data, and summarize results to help our customers understand their data. **Key Responsibilities** - **Data Analysis**: Analyze data to discover trends, root causes, anomalies, and other concerns to drive value for our customers. - **Customer Support**: Support customers on a daily basis to deliver value and improve the onboarding process for future hires. - **Code Improvement**: Maintain and improve data pipelines written in Python, ideally with experience using the Kedro framework. - **Security and Privacy**: Follow our policy and procedure documents related to security and privacy, participate in new hire and annual training, and treat data security and privacy as one of your primary job responsibilities. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with our team to provide technical skills and support, and contribute new features to our product. **Expected Skills** - **Experience**: 3-6 years working as a full-time data analyst, with experience owning a project from design to implementation. - **Programming**: Proficient in Python, with experience exploring and answering questions with data and SQL. - **Data Analysis**: Experience with time series data analysis on large amounts of data, and working with large amounts of data by writing and editing SQL queries. - **Machine Learning**: Experience with developing, monitoring, and iterating on production ML models (Machine Learning) is a plus. - **Automotive Data**: Experience with automotive or telematics data is a plus. **Expertise** - **Analytical Thinking**: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze data and summarize results. - **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to customers and stakeholders. - **Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with our team to provide technical skills and support. **Career Growth Opportunities** - **Professional Development**: Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. - **Learning Benefits**: Access to training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. - **Recognition**: Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team. **Work Environment and Company Culture** - **Remote Work**: This is a full remote job, with the flexibility to work from anywhere. - **Diverse Team**: Our team is diverse and inclusive, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. - **Autonomy**: We offer a high degree of autonomy and flexibility to work independently and make decisions. **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** - **Competitive Salary**: A competitive salary and benefits package. - **Flexible Work Arrangements**: Flexible work arrangements to balance work and personal life. - **Professional Development**: Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a passion for the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you.
