**Key Responsibilities**
As a data analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
* Analyzing customer satisfaction tracking data to identify trends and insights
* Creating dashboards and analytical reports to present findings to leadership and internal customers
* Conducting ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and provide recommendations
* Designing and implementing ad-hoc research projects to meet the needs of internal customers
* Moderating focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and in-person interviews with customers and employees
* Developing a long-term vision and strategy for Voice of the Customer and Customer Journey Analytics
* Integrating multiple sources of customer interaction data to provide a holistic view of the customer experience
* Selecting and managing survey vendors that align with our holistic strategy
* Breaking down company silos by sharing relevant data across different departments
**What You'll Need for Success**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
* 3+ years of labor experience
* Experience in transforming raw data into meaningful insights
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into a concise format
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with SPSS statistical software, online survey software, and Voice of the Customer or Enterprise software (such as Medallia and Qualtrics) is preferred
* Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
* Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required; experience in SQL is preferred
