**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Consumer Insights, Measurement & Analytics for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products**

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals and continue to push the boundaries of what is possible.

**About the Role**

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure that our insights are actionable and impactful. Your expertise will be essential in helping us optimize our virtual and contact channels to power guest experiences and business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
* Analyze agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and own analyses from start to finish
* Build displays and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
* Present and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and partners
* Build, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support multiple programs
* Manage projects essential to the business operation correctly under strict timelines

**Measurement and Analytics**

* Leverage multiple reporting structures and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) for behavior analyses and build/preserve reports
* Supervise data quality and record accuracy
* Collaborate with team, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
* Apply modern analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
* Stay up-to-date with current data science trends and share expertise and best practices with team members

**Required Qualifications & Skills**

* 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in forecasting and analytics
* Experience with time series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques
* Proficient in Python
* Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
* Strong interest in details and ability to observe through tasks and complete whole tasks on time
* Effective verbal, written, and visual skills
* Desire to excel in a fast-paced, and ambiguous business environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Solid expertise in statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses
* Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
* Excellent SQL skills
* Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of proven experience in analytics or data science

**Education**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
