**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics**

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment that values curiosity, creativity, and a passion for data. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Conducting forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions * Analyzing agent performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven recommendations * Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders * Presenting and discussing findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and partners * Managing and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accuracy * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions **Measurement and Analytics** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of data tools and technologies, including: * Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, and Excel for data analysis and visualization * Python and other programming languages for data manipulation and modeling * SQL and data warehousing for data management and querying * Data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, for communicating insights and findings **Required Qualifications & Skills** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of quantitative experience in forecasting and analytics, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Experience with time-series forecasting techniques and modeling, using machine learning or deep learning techniques * Proficiency in Python and other programming languages * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business problems * Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders * Desire to excel in a fast-paced and ambiguous business environment **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: * Solid experience in statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses * Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Excellent SQL skills and experience with data warehousing and data management * Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of experience in analytics or data science **Education** A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering, is required. **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, bonus, and long-term incentive devices, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, financial, and other perks.
