Why you'll love this role * This position is part of the Consistency Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex.* Responsible for maintaining legal and administrative compliance by researching and communicating requirements. What you'll do * Support the HR Consistency group and Activities with tasks to include, obtaining fingerprint/individual verification results and processing unique fingerprint release letters; maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/checking US Customs results; and database entry. * Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and investigate any database issues.* Plans and analyzes HR Consistency data between different records, working closely with HRIS and EC systems. * In this role, you will conduct advanced analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Consistency. * Interface with clients and team members regularly * Audits completed Unique Fingerprint Applications and checking for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse.
