**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Compliance, Risk Management, and Regulatory Analysis**

As a Principal, Data Analyst, you'll be part of our Global Security, Aviation, and Investigations corporation, working in the IROCC (Investigative Risk and Operational Compliance Center), the analytics hub of excellence for Global Governance. This role will focus on analytics related to compliance, enterprise risk management (ERM), and regulatory risk assessment features in Global Governance. If you're passionate about data-driven insights and have a knack for storytelling, we want to hear from you! **What You'll Do:** As a Principal, Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for identifying information to support a wide range of ERM and risk assessment objectives, compliance requirements, and scenario planning areas. Your tasks will include: * Collecting and processing data from disparate data systems across our US and global businesses * Designing dashboards that help stakeholders scope risk and measure the maturity of associated controls * Constructing custom reports as needed * Applying knowledge in analytics strategies and tools to enhance defensible and regular methodologies for assessing risk * Drawing insights and correlations from data and communicating findings to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders * Providing input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis * Soliciting feedback and contributing to the continuous development of our ERM and risk assessment processes **What You'll Bring:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and experience: * Deep SQL knowledge and experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku * Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters * Ability to generate impactful visualizations and use data to "tell a story" * Proficiency in coding using R or Python * Strong verbal and written communication skills * A growth mindset and experience learning new things **Benefits:** At arenaflex, we offer competitive pay, performance-based total incentive awards, and amazing benefits to support your overall well-being.
