Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence and analytics solutions to support our growing e-commerce business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and e-commerce will enable you to make a significant impact on our company's success.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence and analytics solutions to support our e-commerce business, including data warehousing, ETL, and reporting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain data models, including data architecture, data governance, and data quality
* Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and data integration solutions
* Develop and maintain SQL queries, data transformations, and data aggregations to support business intelligence and analytics
* Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
* Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and e-commerce
* Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, or Google Cloud Platform
* Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics, including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
* Experience with data engineering and data integration, including Apache Beam, Apache Spark, or AWS Glue
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Athena, Amazon QuickSight, or Google Cloud Data Fusion
* Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, including product management, marketing, and operations
* Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
