Job Overview The Information Association inside arenaflex's Direct to Consumer (DTC) business is looking for a Data Investigator to join our Pack Trial and experimentation group. This group plays a vital role in supporting the arenaflex Pack, which includes Hulu, arenaflex+, and ESPN+. This initiative is crucial to the expansion of DTC's streaming features in the US. Our team utilizes data, statistical modeling/strategies, experimentation frameworks, and various tools to help our business clients make informed, data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities As a Data Investigator at arenaflex, you will: Partner closely with business leaders to define the most pressing business challenges on Pack trends and drivers and develop analytical strategies to address these questions Help create a continuous insights pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have a steady stream of Pack intelligence Perform comprehensive trend analyses, evaluating the contributions of drivers from every possible angle Define and analyze audience segments to continue driving Pack growth Collaborate with other Analysis teams to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, combining insights into a solid, meaningful story Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, and/or equivalent work experience A minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and so on Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to organize findings into meaningful proposals Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data Knowledge of creating, executing, and analyzing sophisticated AB/MVT test builds Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in the streaming media industry or other subscription-based services Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Advertising scene Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
