**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – AI and Machine Learning Model Development**

As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you'll play a crucial role in directing the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development for our attractions.
We work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex's Disney Encounters (DX). You'll report to Attractions Functional Innovation, and this remote position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the arenaflex family from the comfort of your own home. **How You Will Contribute**
As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying ML.
* Leading and working with cross-functional teams of experts and data scientists to execute and scale ML solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives.
* Driving innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and customer engagement that leads to growing top-tier AI platforms.
* Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
* Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
* Productionizing ML models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets.
**How You Will Thrive**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more.
* 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
* Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile development methodologies.
* Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (e.g., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets.
* 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool.
* Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
**Nice to Have**
* Experience with Docker.
* Experience with control frameworks.
* Experience with Kubernetes.
* Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform.
* Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
* Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).
* Experience with audio analysis.
* Experience with text analysis.
**Education**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
* Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (desired).
