Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Pack Trial and error and Examination group. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Disney Pack, including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, in a single, unified product. This position is essential to the expansion of DTC's real-time features in the US, and we're looking for a talented individual who can help us drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Work Synopsis
Our team utilizes data, statistical modeling/strategies, experimentation frameworks, and various tools to help our business clients make informed, data-driven decisions. We're committed to more readily understanding Pack patterns, supporters, and client behavior start to finish by offering support across experimentation, analysis, and comprehensive reporting. In this role, the Data Analyst will work closely with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Operations, and other teams to not only provide high-visibility insights on Pack development but also become a trusted thought partner to our colleagues, assisting with process improvement. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate intimately with business leaders to define the most pressing business challenges on Pack patterns and drivers and develop insightful solutions to address these questions
Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a continuous stream of Pack intel
Perform comprehensive pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every conceivable angle
Define and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth
Cooperate with other Analysis teams to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, integrating insights into a cohesive, meaningful story
Essential Capabilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential capabilities:
Four-year college education in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, along with comparable work experience
At least 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
Ability to manage large datasets, decipher data patterns, and utilize a multitude of different data sources and tools
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
Exceptional presentation skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable proposals
Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
Knowledge of creating, executing, and analyzing refined A/B/MVT test builds
Preferred Capabilities
While not required, the following preferred capabilities will make you an even stronger candidate:
Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
Experience working with Marketing teams or in the Marketing space
