You will collaborate with experts to analyze breaches, develop quick response plans, and enhance security measures. This temporary position will provide you with valuable skills in emergency management, threat assessment, and collaboration, setting you up for a successful career in network security. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop quality technical solutions. * Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and compliance with departmental standards. * Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are completed on time and within budget. * Act as a resource to ensure effective communication between business and IT groups. * Participate in system and acceptance testing. * Scope of work varies depending on the project team. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. * Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk management principles, theories, and strategies. * Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred. * Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred. * Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred. * Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program. * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Fundamental knowledge of technical environment required. * Openness to Agile philosophies preferred. * Coursework or experience related to Network Security preferred. * Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines. * Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year preferred. * Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition preferred. **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee at blithequark, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
