Key Responsibilities Social Media Monitoring and Response : Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on Blithequark's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, in a timely and professional manner. Accurate Information Provision : Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding Blithequark's products, services, and policies to customers. Complaint Resolution and Escalation : Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries efficiently. Collaboration and Teamwork : Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience across all social media platforms. Staying Up-to-Date with Promotions and Events : Keep up-to-date with Blithequark's promotions, events, and updates to provide informed responses to customers and stay ahead of the curve. Customer Feedback and Insights : Utilize customer feedback to suggest improvements to Blithequark's social media engagement strategies and contribute to the development of new initiatives. Essential Qualifications and Skills Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent Written Communication : Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
