Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to blithequark products and services. Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through step-by-step solutions. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
