Key Responsibilities Respond to Incoming Chats and Emails: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via live chat and email, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved. Troubleshoot and Resolve Customer Issues: Utilize critical thinking and technical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve customer issues, providing solutions and alternatives as needed. Identify Customer Needs: Proactively identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.
