Job Summary As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for customers interacting with our company through live chat support. You will provide timely, accurate, and personalized support to customers, resolving their inquiries, issues, and requests related to their orders. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will enable you to deliver high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support, responding to customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with order-related concerns, including product information, delivery, and returns, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is provided. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and issues, using our CRM system to ensure accurate records and facilitate continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. Stay up-to-date with Blithequark's products, services, and policies, expanding your knowledge to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers. Contribute to the development of best practices, processes, and procedures to enhance customer service and support. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in an online environment, with a focus on live chat support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to analyze information, identify solutions, and make informed decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and products is a plus, but not essential. Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to ensure seamless customer support.
