Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Premium Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an ambassador of Blithequark, you'll provide top-notch customer care, extensive tagging, and issue resolution for our most valuable clients across various regions. Key Responsibilities Provide premium client care to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience Register clients and verify their access to clubs and lounges Welcome clients by completing all guest experience tasks, including personalized greetings and WIFI password provision Book and confirm flight reservations using various systems, such as SABRE and QIK Check premium clients in for their flights, handling flight changes, rebooking, and identification verification Monitor trips to identify loading times, delays, or interruptions and provide proactive support Issue client tickets, handle reissues, and manage future ticket bookings Drop traveler reservations as requested and manage need lists for upgrades and backups Provide timely resolution of clients' travel issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support Document client issues in the passenger name record (PNR) and perform club enrollment or sales activities Coordinate services for world-class status clients, including Attendant Key and Five Star programs Assist clients with their luggage and technology provided in clubs and lounges Manage the activities of colleagues offering services, such as catering and disinfection Report to your assigned station or location on time, adhering to scheduled shifts and varying movements Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry Bilingual language skills required for certain locations Ability to pass FAA criminal background checks and obtain necessary airport security clearances Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and time management abilities Proficient in using multiple internal resources and systems Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the aviation industry Familiarity with airline operations, travel industry systems, and customer service software Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in a second language Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $25 Comprehensive medical, dental, prescription, and vision benefits Virtual specialist visits and flexible spending accounts 401(k) program with employer contributions Employee assistance program and pet insurance Discounts on travel, hotels, and other services Career Growth and Development: Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Comprehensive training programs and workshops Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Why Join Blithequark?
