Job Summary We're looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from members and customers, answering questions about pharmacy benefits, prescription coverage, and mail-order solutions. You'll work closely with our members to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them navigate their healthcare benefits.
