As a Customer Support Account Representative, you will play a critical role in collaborating with CSAMs on Record The executives, driving performance, and identifying process improvement opportunities within Affiliate Activities. Job Summary The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the request cycle and execution process, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing excess capacity, improving processes, and collaborating with internal teams, such as Supply Request Execution, Coordinated operations, Record Receivable, and Client service Record Chiefs. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely client assistance levels are achieved, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes that enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with CSAMs, Channel affiliate partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of the Request Stream Cycle Oversee performance metrics and KPIs, including post-bill, backend business health metrics Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within Affiliate Tasks Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CSAMs, Channel affiliate partners, and internal teams Attend regular calls and record reviews with Affiliate partners Present key data, metrics, and performance plans to management and partners Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and influence others Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing business requirements Essential Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in tasks or a related field Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field Proficient in SAP and Excel, with the ability to generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to the relevant audience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive strategic initiatives Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and organization Experience working in a remote environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a customer support or account management role Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Experience with data analysis and reporting tools Certification in a related field, such as business analysis or project management Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
