As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of a talented team that is dedicated to helping customers achieve their goals and succeed in their endeavors. **Role Requirements** As a seasoned Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for: * Onboarding and training customers on arenaflex's platform, ensuring a seamless and effective adoption process * Developing and implementing tailored strategies to drive customer growth, adoption, and retention * Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication * Becoming a product and industry expert, creating 'Ah ha!' moments by tailoring trainings and product walkthroughs to address customer-specific challenges * Managing a wide range of customers, prioritizing effectively, and leveraging tools and technology to maximize time and efficiency **You Should Apply If:** * You demonstrate mastery of clear communication, asking questions with precision, and explaining complex concepts in simple terms * You are a great listener, seeing your role as providing the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap continues delivering value * You love to teach, whether it's a complex report to a seasoned data analyst or a workflow to a brand new recruiter * You are not only excited about driving renewals but also crafting repeatable processes that will allow the go-to-market team to scale well in the future * Your peers describe you as detail-oriented, taking pride in internal operations, such as real-time CRM updates * You move fast, leveraging tools and technology to maximize your time, and are at home managing a wide range of customers and prioritizing effectively * You have been a recruiter, hiring manager, or interviewer in a previous role, which can help you serve as a trusted advisor to our customers **Why You Shouldn’t Apply:** * You prefer managing a focused book of business with fewer than 20 accounts * You're interested in managing customer accounts with infrequent and well-defined touchpoints * You shine as an exclusively commercial CSM, motivated by variable compensation (this role does not currently include variable pay) * You're afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting in the weeds with customers **Interview Process** Our interview process is thorough, ensuring each person who joins the team is the right fit for arenaflex.
