Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and coaching to all employees within the Contact Center to ensure exceptional service delivery and QA standards. Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for members to fulfill their needs through fast and efficient options, including enhancing self-service information and options for basic needs. Build and maintain a scalable remote platform that meets the evolving needs of our members. Develop and implement metrics, processes, and accountability measures to drive results and exceptional member experience. Lead a multifaceted contact center team, including managing a minimum of 30+ agents. Foster a positive and engaging work culture that attracts and retains top talent. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales, cross-selling, and relationship-building initiatives. Essential Qualifications: Solid foundation in remote delivery of products and services to end-users. 7+ years of experience in leading a multifaceted contact center and remote sales, servicing, and delivery of products and services. Prior experience managing a contact center with a minimum of 30+ agents. Banking and/or financial services experience required. Bachelor's degree. Proven track record of delivering results and driving exceptional member experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales management, cross-selling, strengthening relationships, and delivering results. Ability to build a scalable remote platform. Certifications in customer service, sales, or leadership. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and drive insights to inform business decisions. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
