Industry Knowledge: Interest and knowledge in the health and wellness industry. Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling phone, email, and potential live chat interactions with professionalism. Independent and Collaborative: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation. Reliable Equipment: A reliable internet connection and quality headset; ability to work in a quiet, focused environment. Punctuality: Reliable and punctual. Time Zone: Ability to work in Eastern or Pacific US time zones.
