Key Responsibilities Assist customers with booking and managing their flight reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Provide information on Blithequark's policies and procedures, promoting a positive customer experience. Handle flight changes, cancellations, and rebookings, ensuring seamless travel experiences. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, responding to customer needs, and exceeding expectations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using computer systems and software effectively. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals, sharing knowledge and best practices. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or airline industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Reliable internet connection and ability to work in a home-based environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous remote work experience, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Experience with airline or travel industry systems, including flight scheduling and reservation software. Certifications in customer service, such as ICSS or HDI, are an advantage.
