Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to work from home, providing top-notch support to our customers in both French and English. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and offering additional products and services. What You Will Do As a Customer Service Representative working from home, your key responsibilities will include: Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English) Helping customers resolve basic technical issues with products such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services, including iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Offering additional products and services to customers Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile Your Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Fluent proficiency in both French and English 1+ year of customer service experience A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed) High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Career Growth and Personal Development At Blithequark, we prioritize the growth and development of our employees.
