**Job Responsibilities**

As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive at the airport. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Greeting customers, guiding them to their destinations, and assisting them with their ticketing and baggage check-in processes
* Ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation and information to complete their travel plans
* Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some luggage weighing up to 70 pounds
* Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
* Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
* Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
* Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on your seniority and the flight schedule

**What You Need to Succeed**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

* Consistently prioritize safety and protection of self, others, and personal data

* Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Proficiency in English
* Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
* Possess primary digital literacy
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT), which you can prepare for by watching this video
* Pass a Customer Service Assessment
