With a strong focus on innovation, technology, and customer-centricity, we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible and striving to make a positive impact on the world. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound calls from customers and clients with questions and concerns related to their accounts * Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and/or website inquiries * Identifying customer needs and providing complete and accurate information to meet their expectations * Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and difficult situations * Processing required transactions via web-based applications * Submitting research requests in a concise and accurate manner * Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology * Communicating effectively in a warm and empathetic manner * Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals * Providing support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences **What You'll Get** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect: * Full-time employment with a competitive hourly rate of $14.00 starting on day one * Business/operations hours: Monday – Sunday, 24/7 * Shift differential of $1.00 per hour * Weekend shift differential of $1.50 per hour * Incentive plan with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $350 a month contingent upon meeting all metrics (call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence) after training * Paid training scheduled Monday-Friday (open availability) * Career growth opportunities in a dynamic and innovative organization * Great work environment with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and employee well-being * Benefits, including: + Vacation, sick time, and holiday pay + Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and additional benefits (eligible on day one) + 401K **People Who Succeed in This Role** To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: * The ability to convey complex information in clear and concise terms to ensure customer understanding * Strong commitment and work ethic * Consistent attendance with the ability to meet work schedule, including the required training period * Successful completion of blithequark's 3-to-6-week new hire paid training program * Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills * Effective problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate multiple applications/screens and research solutions with ease * Love helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue * Excitement by innovative technology * Calm conflict resolution and problem-solving skills for frustrated customers * Ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule, taking high-volume calls from consumers **Required Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must: * Be at least 18 years of age or older * Have a High School Diploma or equivalent * Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience * Customer service experience * Working knowledge of computer and Windows personal computer applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications * Be able to successfully pass a background check, credit check, and security clearance (fingerprints) * Comply with camera requirements when attending meetings and training * Have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). The company will provide computer equipment. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, having 1+ years of previous call center experience is preferred. **Pay Transparency Laws** Please note that actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
