Job Summary As aRemote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and you'll play a critical role in shaping their experience with arenaflex. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.You'll also work closely with our team to develop and implement solutions to complex problems, and you'll contribute to the growth and success of our agency through your expertise and knowledge.
