**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote team, working overnight shifts from Wednesday to Sunday, 11pm-7:30am. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing high-level customer service solutions to our clients and their customers, handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, and documenting customer interactions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage large volumes of inbound calls and make consistent outbound calls to achieve sales targets and call handling quotas
* Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Proficient in typing
* Computer literacy and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software with provided training
* Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
* At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience
* Experience working with an automatic dialer
* Pleasant phone demeanor
* Experience in both inbound and outbound environments
