Key Responsibilities Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer support via inbound calls and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and helping clients with their needs. Checkout Assistance: Assist clients with transactions, manage payments, and handle returns and exchanges in accordance with blithequark's policies and procedures. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the products sold in our warehouse to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations. Membership Services: Promote and explain blithequark club benefits to clients, assist with club sign-ups, and address club-associated inquiries. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex problems to higher management when necessary. Phone and Email Support: Provide customer service through telephone or email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supplying assistance. Maintain Cleanliness: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms and common areas. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience. Essential Qualifications Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a customer-centered mindset. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues correctly. Cash Handling: Basic math skills and the capacity to handle coins and perform a cash register. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the products bought in the store and the capacity to offer accurate information to clients. Teamwork: Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues. Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing duties and priorities. Physical Stamina: Some positions may involve standing for extended periods and performing duties that require physical stamina. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills will be required for managing transactions and accessing customer information. Dependability: Reliable and punctual attendance is expected. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
