**What You Will Do in This Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Healthcare On-Site, you will:
* Resolve billing issues and address claims questions/inquiries
* Address benefits and enrollment questions/inquiries
* Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect the privacy of the customer
* Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 6 months of customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* A passion for helping others
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
