You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you will be an ambassador for arenaflex, representing our brand and values. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Verify applicants and conduct quick screenings to determine eligibility for benefits * Complete income forms and authorization for eligibility, and submit renewal applications on behalf of customers * Work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience * Provide accurate and timely information to customers, and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Skills and Requirements** * 5+ years of customer service experience, both inbound and outbound * Good communication and professionalism, with the ability to work with diverse customers and stakeholders * Ability to work 40 hours weekly, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends * Windows 10 or 11 based system – NO MacBook or Chromebook * Must have a WIRED internet connection that belongs to them/their household.
