As a Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare team, you'll have the opportunity to work with US-based customers, addressing their prescription benefits questions and concerns. About the Role We're seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team, supporting customers with their prescription benefits questions and concerns. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: Answering inbound calls from US customers and addressing questions and concerns regarding their prescription healthcare benefits Providing information about their insurance coverage, what is included in the customer's benefit plan, addressing copays, and assisting with coverage determination Handling prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking Educating customers on online self-service for updates and helping troubleshoot these self-services Empathizing and resolving concerns to simplify the customer's healthcare experience Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy Adapting to learn new call types when business needs change and flexing support in those areas Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Fluent in both Spanish and English 18+ years old and high school diploma/GED 6+ months of customer service experience Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette Customer-focused personality Full-time schedule availability to meet business needs (may include weekends) Willing to submit a drug test and background check Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of healthcare insurance, requirements for dispensing prescriptions, educating customers, and conducting routine assessments Work Environment and Requirements As a remote worker, you'll need: High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed (no satellite, WiFi, or cellular/wireless carrier internet services) A hard-wired internet connection via ethernet cable to modem/router that you own/are responsible for Dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone Must live in North Carolina What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: $15 per hour Benefits eligible after 60 days Access to up to 50% of your pay immediately after your shift Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and other benefits Pet insurance Paid, virtual training Remote work environment Opportunity for professional development Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we believe in empowering our employees to grow and develop their careers.
